Which addictions do you treat?
We support people struggling with alcohol, opioids, and other substances, including those who have relapsed after earlier treatment. Because addiction often overlaps with anxiety, depression, or trauma, our team assesses the whole picture before recommending a program, so both the substance use and what drives it are addressed.
What is dual diagnosis treatment, and do I need it?
Dual diagnosis treatment is care for someone who has a substance use problem and a mental health condition at the same time, such as depression or anxiety. Treating only one tends to leave the other untouched. Our clinicians identify whether dual diagnosis care is appropriate during your initial assessment.
Which therapies are used in treatment?
Treatment draws on evidence-based approaches such as behaviour therapy, rational emotive behaviour therapy (REBT), and contingency management, alongside individual and group sessions.
